Disable1 all toggleable alerts2 in an activity profile, including pesky "ghost" alerts.

2 Like "Drink", custom, time or distance alerts — any alert which can be enabled or disabled via a status toggle. Range-based alerts (like cadence and HR) will not be affected

- Close Garmin Express completely. Close the Garmin icon in the notification tray
- Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the USB charging cable
- Use File Explorer to open the \Garmin\Sports folder on your device
- Copy a broken activity profile to your computer (e.g. RunningRun.fit or Golf.fit)
- Select the file you copied below:

- Copy the updated profile to the \Garmin\NewFiles folder on your device

- Close Garmin Express completely (CMD-Q). Close the Garmin icon in the menu bar

- Copy a broken activity profile to your computer (e.g. RunningRun.fit or Golf.fit)
- Select the file you copied below:
